Eisho Akiyama (Co-Founder & President)
Received a bachelor of economics degree at Seikei University in Japan. At Fourth grade, He stayed in California State University of Long Beach taking Business Management course. Received a Master of Art degree at New York Institute Of Technology. Under the Master degree, he studied web application development. At the year of 2004, moved back to Japan, and started his career at ABeam Consulting Ltd, spun out of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu’s Japanese consulting. In 2006, he joined OPT Inc. , which is one of the major interactive advertising agency, and started up Mobile Search Business with some partner as the one in charge of business strategy, contract, and sales operation. At the year of 2008, started up BACCASS inc with Hiroyuki Ooiwa.

Hiroyuki Ooiwa (Co-Founder & President, Creative Director)
Born in Aichi, in Japan. Enrolled in a Master of science degree at Shizuoka University, but left from degree with a passion of being creative person. Then he moved to Tokyo and joined Yamada Creative Inc. He worked as a designer creating brochure, poster and web site. Then he joined Megumi inc, where he produced some of TV commercial films and motion graphics. At the year of 2004, he started his career as creative director in OPT Inc. He directed for contents development for major portal site and starting up interactive media. In 2008, he started up his own corporation, BACCASS Inc. with Eisho Akiyama.

Takashi Nakamura (Application Designer)
Graduated from VANTAN GAME ACADEMY Game Programming Course. He started his career in a PC game creative agency engaging in game development for Windows / Macintosh and web application development. At the time of iPhone 3G released, He was deeply impressed by not only its functionality but also Apple's mobile contents strategy. With his iPhone 3G, he quit his job and stated to learn iPhone Application programming. At the iPhone developer's party held in Japan, He sympathized Eisho Akiyama's view of iPhone Apps development and sales strategy and joined BACCASS in 2009.

Received a bachelor degree at Tokyo University Of Agriculture in Japan. Her first career started at gardening shop engaged in sales, creatives as a staff, and in product design, buying as a buyer. Her web career was started at a game manufacturer and an advertising agency. As going through coding HTML, CSS, and Movable Type at Opt Inc. for 4 years, she's been regarded as a coding specialist. She is lover of dogs. Her dog, "le bon" is one of models on iDog, which is the popular site of dog's cloths and goods.

Keiichi Takayama (Graphic Designer)
Received a bachelor's degree at Tokyo Polytechnic University, focused on the architecture. His designed room had been sometimes appeared in the Japanese magazines. After his contribution to the interior design company, He decided to concentrate on an interactive design, then he has joined in BACCASS with a fateful encounter. He is real designer with special loves to the camera, the Japanese Animation and the snowboard.

Chieko Nishimura (Graphic Designer)
At her teenage years, she freely traveled back and forth between Japan and England from motives of curiosity. She properly fulfilled her roles and aims in sales support and internet media operations at Recruit Co.,Ltd. and OPT Inc. Being assigned Zexy.net advertisement operation, some ad creative touched her hearts then she started to learn a graphic design that touched someone's hearts. She'll join BACCASS Inc in April, 2010.

After receiving an computer science bachelor's degree in Korea, he joined Fullcast.inc in Japan. He had experienced the developing Java and JSP web application for a year. Then, he took a part in DB Migration(DB2 to Oracle11g) in Oracle for one of the famous motor vehicle manufacture. After that, Kim finally joined BACCASS inc led by his old friend, Moon. Finished studying computer science as an Undergraduate at Lviv Polytechnic National University, Ukraine, He came to Japan, and applied for an Internship at the Russian Company. After contributing as PHP Developer, joined BACCASS on June, 2011 to be a professional smartphone engineer. His strong curiosity led himself to explore the Japanese cities by thumb, finally he reached the most south part of Kyushu.
